‼️BREAKING: America First Legal filed a federal civil rights complaint against @DICKS Sporting Goods for violating Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. DICK’S is offering benefits to employees who abort their children but is not offering equivalent benefits to moms who give birth.
DICK’s has also adopted explicit racial quotas, brazenly violating federal law.
The complaint was filed via AFL’s Center for Legal Equality, which fights institutional bigotry.
Today, as part of its initiative under the AFL Center for Legal Equality, America First Legal (AFL) asked the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to open a civil rights investigation of DICK’S Sporting Goods, Inc. for multiple violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended by the Pregnancy Discrimination Act of 1978.
Following the Dobbs decision, DICK’S announced a special employment benefit of “up to $4,000” in travel reimbursement for a employee, spouse, or dependent, along with one support person, to obtain an abortion. Although Title VII prohibits discrimination based on childbirth, DICK’S does not offer an equivalent paid benefit to a mother who has her baby.

Don’t know about anyone else but that Newsom character looks inauthentic. I think he’s a masked clone or a CGI double. He looks absolutely fake to me. His original was supposed to have been executed after a string of The Exorcist type slurs to the military tribunal board 3 months ago…and yet there he is…..I’m sure he’s a fake and soon we will learn how the DS engineers these imitations.
DICK’S has never got a dime of my money since they opened here in my city 10 yrs ago. They are overpriced and I can find everything I need sports-wise on line for 70% less than what Dickie’s wants. I let the other suckers buy their expensive overpriced chinese made merchandise but not me.
