We are now bridging the second phase of the core day ascension process, into the third HEART phase with a flurry of solar flares that look like a heart beat! I thought that was interesting. We are balancing Heaven and Earth today.
Some deeper issues may be rise up, and we might be on edge with emotions and heightened sensitivity. We are now moving away from the past / history and entering the future / possibility filled with fresh frequencies. This will begin a starting over process, and we are so ready for it!
Pay attention to your health. If you feel like you are crawling out of your skin, or you can’t get into your zen zone, solar flares will trigger this symptom. You might feel like you need to start a detox. Generally people will just feel like they have the heebie-jeebies. I love this word because it really describes the symptoms.
A few Solutions … Get into Water. Take long showers or baths, wear fresh clothes, change bedding etc…. Ground yourself. Get out into nature or just get your bare feet on the Earth. We don’t want to bring along any unnecessary baggage into the future. Take your Sacred Site Essences, and use your Egyptian oils if you have them. Leave the past energy in the past where it belongs! It is all moving into the future now.
