WHAT will the benefits be? After TEN YEARS….I’ve lost the whole of my thirties thanks to ascension symptoms….instead of having fun….I spent my thirties sitting on my butt at home, suffering from the symptoms. STILL waiting for both relief and SOME sort of benefit(s) that I can notice.
Accept my sympathies. I spent 40 years in medical practice living long enough to see the profession degraded in fostering the Spamdemic.

It is all part of the Great Joke, any suffering is at the demands of KARMA by agreements so very long ago. At least it is only temporary. I sympathise, as I dodder about the house “damning and blasting” when feel the pain in my back. Not helpful, but is a normal human reaction.
