had that last night….like an anxiety attack, without the anxiety. Tense, pulse shot up for quite a bit, legs twitching….took like an hour to settle down and sleep.
PLEASE tell me this process is going to end soon, with our health and sanity intact, and with some sort of benefit…..I’ve been through this for TEN YEARS, now.
