Our local pub had an art and wine event last night on the patio and it was awesome. It was a little hot before the sun went down but between the umbrellas and the Hessair swamp coolers blowing gale force winds, it was fine.
Once again, I only saw two people with masks, and they were band members. After they loaded in their gear and got situated under the gazebo they didn’t last long and it was just like the good old days when no one ever heard of COVID.
It’s a lifesaver to be able to live in a bubble like that for a few hours and forget the insanity for awhile. We still had our hugs and I’m glad I had that experience. So far, where we live there is no mask mandate and no zombie nation in these parts.
People really should avoid testing, as I suggested some time ago. You don’t know if the test kits were contaminated or not.

I finally got on Par-lay at Parler.com as “Free N Clear” if you want to connect but I can’t be there, and Twitter, and here on the bridge at the same time so I won’t be spending a lot of time there. I will check up on the real news there when I can.
I’m glad this week and this month are over and we’ll have to see if July is bigger and badder as it sounds like it may be.
Folks are still recommending we sock away at least a couple of weeks of food, water, meds, pet supplies, etc. in case martial law is declared in specific communities/cities so be prepared for anything by keeping your gas tank above half at all times so if the stuff hits the fan in your town you can avoid it all. ~ BP
