We are continuing to experience the “Pleiades Portal” (see below linked article on this), and we have now entered as of today, Tuesday, May 19, 2020, the “New Moon Portal”–a “Galactic Activation Portal”.
The magnetic field of Earth/Gaia (inner core) has accelerated earlier this morning to “110”, decreased to “77”, but has been up and down at higher frequencies for several days.
Earthquakes which were in the 100s daily at relatively low levels of between 1.0 and 4.0 have now been in the 300s per day at levels between 3.0 and 5.0 which indicates that tectonic plates shifted by increased solar flares and solar winds that are pushing out plasma waves into both the inner and outer arena (geomagnetic field) of the planet are potent.
Cosmic rays from outside of this solar system are also powerfully soaring to the planet. As portals overlap, as strong cosmic energetics affect Earth/Gaia, as several planets are retrograde, as human collective consciousness elevates at this time of many countries opening-up for business services and yet many others still “sheltering-in-place”, there is an atmospheric energy vibration like a teeter-totter–constant up and down oscillations.

Consequently, the “Vibrational Frequency” (“heartbeat”) of Earth/Gaia levels down below the ancient normalcy of “7.83” cycles and then rises to over that numerical computation while the amplitude rises to high levels then decelerates but still remains at high levels even in its decreasing numbers, as is indicated in today’s analysis of planetary movement.
Think of a spiral. It goes up and down, but as the spiral moves, it continually has an upward trajectory. It never soars back down to its starting level.
All of the cosmic occurrences discussed above are also accelerating physical, mental, and emotional “activations”– symptoms of increased receptions of currents of LIGHT into the molecules, atoms, sub-atomic particles, etc.
Manifestations are being reported by many as heat surges with sweating (as molecules spin faster), sensing being in more than one dimension simultaneously (which can actualize as dizziness), profound fatigue (becoming acclimated to higher frequencies which “pull” upon the physical vessel’s energy reserves), headaches (as pineal and pituitary glands are cleansed, strengthened, and illuminated), difficulty sleeping (as energetics from the portals and accelerated amplitude of Earth/Gaia stir-up all aspects of the nervous system), anxiety (the ego-self releasing old programming), and other numerous “activations”.

Also, even if appetite is low, please drink lots of spring water with lemon or lime because water helps to cleanse the cells, and it also soothes uncomfortable “activations” as well as giving oxygenation and hydration. Spring water is recommended because of its minerals.
At the same time, however, creative urges are occurring as well as mystical experiences such as all of the “clairs” being enhanced (clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, etc.).
Whenever the “amplitude” is high for several hours, its manifestations do not simply cease once the level decreases to a lower rate.
On the contrary, the results of high amplitudes can last for several days. In the case of the recent surge to “110” and then down to “77” (which is still high) occurring at the same time as the “Pleiades Portal” and the “New Moon Portal” and planetary retrogrades, and cosmic rays, “activations” are on-going.
As has been often mentioned, extra rest is paramount in order to acclimate or adjust to the intensified LIGHT that is surging.

Distilled water has its minerals removed, and it is only to be used for a few days at a time when someone is doing a purposeful cleansing of the bodily system.
Perhaps he or she has eaten poorly of processed foods or junk foods or has been in an environment where the general consciousness levels are low.

Then, a cleansing of disharmonious frequencies of energy may be necessary, and distilled water is good for this. However, remaining on distilled water as one’s regular water in-take depletes the body of vitamins and minerals and can cause weakness and dizziness.
The New Moon is on Friday, May 22, 2020, and as stated above, its portal has opened today and closes on Monday, May 25, 2020. The “Pleiades Portal” will have closed the day prior–Sunday, May 24, 2020, with its peak being on Wednesday, May 20, 2020.
In coming days, it is likely that the frequency, amplitude, and quality of Earth/Gaia will continue its teeter-tottering motion, and thus, humanity must be prepared for further “activations”.
Making use of as many spiritual and natural tools as possible (meditation, mantra-chanting, herbal supplements, Bach Flowers, essential oils, crystals and gemstones, Yoga, Tai Chi, etc.) will help to balance the chakras (all muscles, glands, organs, tissues that each contains), the endocrine system (and thus, hormonal energy), and will also protect the auric fields.
