Since one objective of the Q Team is to educate the public, and SB2 has explained how to decode the information using Gematria and numerology, it stands to reason. We don’t need a secret decoder ring; we’ve got SB2.
Juan O Savin has spoken extensively about the Illuminati/Secret Societies’ penchant for numbers, dates, etc. I would think President Trump is far too busy to be writing out these detailed decodes complete with illustrations, however.
