Rditor’s Note: Ah…there’s the rub. How to do as Aya (the Pleiadian) advises and use our pain/confusion “To Turn It Around By Your Own Perception” to our benefit.
It seems to me that truly, “no pain, no gain”. Application of this thought to spirituality indicates taking pain (which IS a lack of love) and dissolving the pain with the application of Love to the issue causing pain.
Example: No money? Love the idea of money, revel in the thought of $$, gleefully imagine what you will do with $$. Broken heart? Love the emergence of your missing partner, Relish the feeling of time spent with the missing one, stay in Joy because they are with you!
These are my ideas and I welcome your thoughts on how to actually use pain as a tool for spiritual growth, while BEing of course…

In this 3d world, PAIN is INEVITABLE, and Suffering is optional.
Pain is the effect of something we feel we have no control over,
but if you just take three deep breaths, exhale pain, breathe in LOVE,
you will feel better and can overcome anything…we are to overcome the challenges we are presented with.
Where we came from, surely we welcomed coming here and being challenged, to grow, but with grace, not because of pain, but inspite of it.
Would it not be boring if everything we needed was given, if everything we wanted appeared with a thought, if we knew what everyone was thinking, or if we all were the same.
Our experiences don’t define us, our character is defined by what you do when no one is watching. We are defined by our actions…which is why we can’t let the past dictate the future, do help, be calm and CREATE RESPONSIBLY…that is what we are learning.
If you can’t change it, LET IT GO..
If you can…then work on that but it begins with you! <3
Gosh…thank you. I had wondered long and hard on the “steps” needed to use pain for personal growth. It seems to me that many really need guidance on just what the words they read actually mean. Many today do not understand the “real” meaning of words, and so…they just need a bit of direct help.
