are still releasing in the physical, of releasing and purging of the
last place we feel/release/shift is on the physical – to then also
needing to step things up in self-care with this (previous posts covered

It is one thing to be aware of Ascension symptoms yet we also need to make sure we don’t leave things too long if they are persisting for a long while, as one may need to seek further medical advice, naturally or not
Remembering to bring your own Divine energy space into ANY HEALING one may have or seek from others, always always bring the DIVINE WHITE LIGHT IN with you!
Be careful of handing over one’s power and self-responsibility with this ie BE VERY CONSCIOUS of bringing your Divine energy into play
BE AWARE OF YOUR ENERGY CONSCIOUSLY WITH ANY HEALINGS
There has been many handing over to others to ‘do the work’ as they are too tired etc and said with love, yet this has come up a few times with some Masters – be aware of your energy vibration as often others can receive more of a healing than you!!
As we grow as new Ascending Earth Masters, we need others Masters of a high and clear vibration to help us to help ourselves – and if we ask, doors and guidance do open up or come in to play, when we truly hand this over in faith and trust in asking to ‘help me to help myself’
Bringing in your conscious awareness with the Divine, to then personally link in with the healing again WITH THE DIVINE to adjust the healing to YOUR FREQUENCY – this is very important and may do a video or recording on this in the future. Just wanted to share a little on this now as this keeps coming up as a ‘general’ ascension theme with many souls
This is something that I had to learn over many years of having such a unique vibration as an Ascension Pioneer/Trailblazer and many of you who are wayshowers and the like, are now experiencing this
