A former U.S. Department of Justice prosecutor who helped brake up the AT&T monopoly during the Reagan administration, announced the filing of a class action suit which alleges that social media giants Google/Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Apple and Instagram “have engaged in a conspiracy to intentionally and willfully suppress politically conservative content.” by entering into an agreement with each other, to restrain trade in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act.
