Well now…if you are my age, you may vaguely remember this episode from Barney Miller, a TV show back in the day when I watched TV in the late 70’s – early 80’s. The bald guy in the raincoat is telling the truth, and true to the day, is presented as crackpot who is a “conspiracy theorist”.
